Skylar queries on LayerSlideshowLite and social icons

Hi Ciaran
The Skylar build is coming along well now. I have 2 queries for you at the moment
1. on your demo version of skylar, you have what looks like a layer slideshow with three visible images scrolling through a carousel. I've tried to set up something similar but I'm only getting one image at a time, with the caption off to the side, not three images across like yours with the captions in place over the images. Could you tell me how to achieve this please?
2. I've set up my social icons alongside the menu items, but as the background is white they are invisible unless you know to scroll over them. Is there a way to keep them in colour please?

Hi Ciaran, I fixed the social icons, I was being an idiot. I'd really like your help with the slideshow though! :D

This area of the template demo is created using the J51 News module included with your template. A feature of this module is to place news items within a carousel. If you have any issues setting up this module, get back to me and I would be happy to set it up for you.

Brilliant thank you, I've got it up and working now without any issues.
Is it possible to get the caption boxes to right align rather than left at all? A small thing, but it would be nice if it did!

Hi Liz

Sure. To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.j51news.j51_news_layout_overlay figcaption {

    left: 25%;

    right: 0;

}
