Recreating the Maya Template About Us page - Demo

I am trying to recreate the About Us page on the Maya templates demo. Does anyone know what module is being used to show the images and details below it withe social media in the pics?

This area of the About Us page uses the J51 Profile module. An install file for this module is included with your template (mod_j51profile.zip).
