hello,

I seem to get this error on my pages:

You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.

Is there something wrong with joomla 4?

Non of my images are displaying as well.

Can you help please, thank you

hard to say for sure however it sounds like maybe some of your menu items access is not set to public?
