Elvira template, other pages main menu 'jump'

Hello Ciarán,
On my test website I'm using the Elvira template. When I go from the homepage to a next page (and every following page) it look's like the main menu jumps to the top while positioning everything on the page. It has a little 'nervous' effect, can this be done in a different way so the main menu sticks to the top?
