Dear Ciaran,

I hope you are well.
Recently, our website was compromised following a critical vulnerability affecting the Joomla Content Editor Extension (JCE), which resulted in a loss of website functionality. We have restored the website data from a recent clean backup, and the website is now live again.
However, after the restoration, we noticed some serious issues related to the Joomla51 template and J51 Icons module:

1. Template Style issue
The Template Style settings are not loading correctly. The “General” and “Module Widths” tabs appear empty across all template styles. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

2. J51 Icons module display issue
The website uses the J51 Icons module across multiple pages, approximately 24 pages with around 49 modules in total. After the restoration, this module is behaving incorrectly:
i) The icons are stacking vertically as one column, although the module settings are configured for 3 or 4 columns.
ii) The icon box layout is no longer respecting the saved settings. For example, most modules are set with centered text alignment, but the text now appears left aligned. The boxes also seem to have lost their internal padding, with the icons and text appearing too close to the box edges.
Example page:
https://www.afmssc.com/products/core-lab
iii) In most modules, we are using Font Awesome icons, which are still appearing. However, in some modules we are using Pixeden Stroke 7 icons, and these icons are no longer displaying.
Example page:

Could you please assist us urgently in identifying and fixing the issue? Since the template styles and module settings were working correctly before the website incident and restoration, I would appreciate your guidance on whether this is related to missing template/module files, corrupted parameters, or compatibility issues after restoration.
I will send a separate email with the affected page links and backend access details.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Update:

I figured out what was the source of the problem. The "public $live_site" value was incorrect during restoration and that made the whole mess. After correcting the value to ['';] the icons module and template settings went back to normal :D No issues now and you may close this ticket.
