Template Sophia: show a phone number like in your example

Hello Ciran,

I would like to have a phone number as shown in your examples, but I'm obviously too stupid. Can you please explain to me how I can accommodate a 


<i class = "text-primary fa fa-phone"> </ i>
in my module? Or am I totally in the wrong direction?
