Template doubts oxygen

I'm starting to use Joomla template and have tried this with excellent results, but I have three questions:
1 - As you can place a banner in the upper right, next to the logo of the company?
2 - I use Joomla 3.0, and I see on a 16:9 monitor, plenty of space on the sides of the screen, if you use the template 4:3 okay .......
3 - free extensions, yet can not be used in Joomla 3.0?

1. The following post details how to create a new module position in the header area of your template.. http://www.joomla51.com/forum/support/commercial-templates/need-to-convert-template-param-to-module-position#1593

2. Would depend on the resolution of your screen rather than the ratio, keeping in mind that by default your template is 960px wide.

3. We hope to have Joomla 3.0 versions of our free extensions available shortly.
