template Ashley : links are broken

Hello sir

On template Ashley, when I see my website on mobile or smartphone, the links are not operationnal. We see the link but when i want clic on it, its nos possible.
Exemple >> http://www.ici-toutvabien.org/impliquer/236-electricite-verte.html >> at the end of the article:
Enercoop Aquitaine : https://aquitaine.enercoop.fr
Energie d’ICI : http://www.energiedici.fr
Ilek : http://www.ilek.frn.org
