Hey there,
I'm trying to get my site switched over to SSl and I having a problem getting there. I can't figure out where a google fonts call is coming from or how to fix it.

The site is oneworldtrekking.com.

I've gone through all of the troublshooting I can find, including JQuery Easy, editing the styles.php and removing http://font.googleapi.... and changing to https://.... but I can't get the last errors to go away. I've attached a screenshot of the errors too.

Here are the errors:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.oneworldtrekking.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Great+Vibes:300,400,700'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
(index):1 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.oneworldtrekking.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Ubuntu:300,400,700'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
(index):1 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.oneworldtrekking.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Oswald:300,400,700'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

There's also a little error - GET https://www.oneworldtrekking.com/images/noise-bg.png 404 (Not Found), that I can't figure out either. Any help on that one would be super.

Can you please help me get this sorted out? I'm banging my head against the table trying to get this one.

Thanks for the help!

Actually I tried one more thing after I posted this and that was the one that worked. I had to edit the styles.php by using the template editor within Joomla. When I did that via the file manager on cpanel, it didn't have any effect. So that problem is solved.

Where would I find the GET https://www.oneworldtrekking.com/images/noise-bg.png 404 (Not Found) file that the error is referring to? And how would I replace it? Thanks for the help!

One other question! Sorry to keep asking!

On the homepage, when you get to the bottom of the content, the page keeps going with a blue background but nothing else. How could I get rid of that and have the page end at the end of the content?

Thank you! Thank you!

Hello

To resolve the GET error try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#container_slideshow .wrapper960 {
background-image: none !important;
}

To resolve the scroll issue try also adding the following....

.backgrounds {display: none;}
.sidecol_a, .sidecol_b {
background-color: #f7f7f7;
}

Hey Ciarán,
Thanks for the help. The first fix worked great. The second didn't do anything though :(

I attached a screenshot of the problem as well. On the homepage it presents as two problems, the big blue area beneath the bottom of the pages content and then on all other pages there is a white strip at the bottom that has nothing in it. I'm guessing it could be two distinct errors.

How else might I be able to fix that up?

Thanks for the help!

Thank you for your screenshots.

It appears I have misunderstood your issue. To resolve try using the following Custom CSS instead...

#container_base .wrapper960 {
display: none;
}

Sweet! That took care of the white line on all the pages, thank you for that!

One more problem still, the bottom of the homepage continues to be able to scroll past the bottom of the content. It doesn't happen on any other pages, just the home page. But it scrolls for quite a while. How can we fix that? Attached a screenshot as well. Once you past the content it just has a blue background with nothing on it except the chat box.

Thanks for the help Ciarán!

Hello

This is actually the issue I thought you were originally referring to. Does adding the following to your Custom CSS field resolve this?...

.backgrounds {display: none !important;}
.sidecol_a, .sidecol_b {
background-color: #f7f7f7;
}

Unfortunately that didn't do the trick. What else?
