Hi,
I'm using the J51 Substance template. Is there any way to slow down the scroll when moving to an anchor?

It would involve adding a script to your site. One of the more popular scripts used is the 'smoothscroll.js'. More details on this script can be found here.. http://cferdinandi.github.io/smooth-scroll/
