Scarlett - Changing the logo into a full wrapper?

Hi,

is it possible to change the logo on the Scarlett template to a full wrapper? As you can see on my attached image, I have a simple logo, that i want to change. The whole area above the menu should be filled with the picture of my logo and it should still be responsive to mobile phones and tablets. Or is there a better template for me?
