Remove 'Contact' and 'Contact Form' from Cantact Page

Using Kindle template I can't find how to remove the titles ('Contact' and 'Contact Form') from contact page.

A quick and easy solution is to use the following custom CSS...

.contact > h3 {

    display: none;

}
