I created new module position in header section of template but currently its overlapping the logo when in Mobile View.
Can you advise how to prevent the logo from overlapping the 'new module position' Content.

Hello

Would you have a URL to an example of your module?

Considering the limited space available your only option may be to simply hide this module on smaller screen sizes.

Please could u provide the code to hide the #newmodule position on mobile devices.

Another issue is that on mobile screen part of logo is chopped off.

Hello

To disable your #newmodule on mobile phones try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
#newmodule {display: none;}
}

Regarding the logo may I suggest the following article... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/re-sizing-the-logo-area
