We purchased this template last year and it is currently being used on one of our sites but the site is constantly getting hacked so we need to upgrade to 2.5. Is it possible to upgrade using this template or would we need to start all over with a new template?

You will need the latest download of your template if you wish to use Joomla 2.5. If you could forward us the PO number to your purchase to info@joomla51.com we would be happy to reply with the latest download.
