Hello Ciaran!

I have the following question and I need your help:

The titles of the menu items in Emani template is set by default Uppercase in the desktop version and Lowercase in the mobile version. The problem here is that my site is in Greek and in Greek we use accents in lowercase but not in Uppercase.

In Emani tempate if I set the menu items titles in lowercase with accents in order these to be shown correctly in the mobile version, the accents are also shown in the Uppercase in the desktop version which is wrong.

A workaround I thought is to se a different menu for the desktop and mobile version of the site. Is this possible? Otherwise maybe this could be done via css?

The site is the following: https://www.arthrojoint.gr/

Please advise on this!

Best regards,

Eri

Hi

Using the dev tools on a browser I added set the code to text-transform: uppercase,

.mm-spn a {

text-transform: uppercase;
}

.mm-spn span {

text-transform: uppercase;
}

So you could try

@media (min-width: 992px) {.mm-spn a {

text-transform: uppercase;
}
.mm-spn span {

text-transform: uppercase;
} }

This will set the text to uppercase on desktop and above. You should be able to add that in the custom css tab within the template to test it.

Hello

In addition, you can add the suggested CSS to the Responsive Custom CSS fields within the General -> Responsive Options tab of your template settings if you are not comfortable with media queries. For more details on using these fields may I suggest the following article... https://joomla51.com/tutorials/template-parameters/applying-custom-css-to-a-screensize-device

.mm-spn a,
.mm-spn span {
text-transform: uppercase;
}

Hello Ciaran,

Thank you for your reply. Actually I would only like the first level of the mobile menu to be uppercase and the lower levels to remain lowercase.

Is this possible?

Best regards,

Eri

Hello

To amend try using the following CSS instead...

.mm-spn .menu > li > a,
.mm-spn .menu > li > span {
text-transform: uppercase;
}
