is it possible to show the top menu in position header 1 also in responsive layout? I can't select it in th options. and how can I delete the points before the menu items?

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

.header-1 li, .header-2 li {
list-style: outside none none;
}
.header-1, .header-2 {
display: inline-block !important;
padding-top: 0 !important;
}
