Hi I have fixed my problem with the Magnolia installation.  I forgot to unzip the package into the individual zip files.  Odd I don't remember doing that with Hayley.  I thought I just uploaded the zip package as first received.  I guess I'm used to receiving templates as a single zip file in the past and extensions were received as extra files.
