Lifestyle - Read More button

Hi,
I'm working on a new website using the Lifestyle template. I just noticed that if I use the "Read More" button, the page background changes. I've attached a pdf file with screenshots of the News page with and without an article containing the read more button. Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?
