Letterpress - responsive behaviour -slideshow 100%

HI,

love the letterpress template but I'm not quite confidend with way the Slideshow images behave while setting the width to 100%.

If you resize the site on a large screen the image "loses the focus" and only the upper part of the picture is displayed. Because the width is always 100% but the "visible height" stays the sme. - I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain.
I found some other sites (unfortunally not joomla) where the picture keeps the ratio while resizing the page.

how can I manage to have that - almost the same ration of the images on all media-sizes ....

You could try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...


.slideshowcontainer {

    margin-bottom: -45px;

    max-height: none !important;

}

thanks Ciarán - but that doesn't help much. If you look at the header image on the page I mentioned ( http://www.landhaus-zeller.at ) - you see exact the same picture/motive in every resolution ... can't figure out how to do that ....

The content area of your template does overlap your slideshow on all screen sizes. You can remove this overlap on smaller screen devices by adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (edit to taste)...


@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {

#container_main .wrapper960 {

    margin-top: 0px;

}}
