Hi Ciarán,
The homepage "Home" above the page title. I do not know the function there of.
How can I remove it or turn off? (http://www.incassoconsult.nl)

Hi Andre

To disable the main menu of your template navigate to Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Menus and convert your hornav menu to a module position.
