Is it possible to put text or an image on top of the slideshow image?

Hello

One option would be to use an alternative slideshow module in the showcase module positionwhich has this option available. For a list of possible slideshow may I suggest the following URL.. http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/photos-a-images/slideshow/image-jquery-slideshow
