Failure to upload new template

You can ignore this. I've got it sorted out now ... :o :)

I'm failing to upload the Serenity template to Joomla 3.7.4. I've gone to Extensions>Install>Updload Package File and have dragged the zip folder across, but I get these error messages:

Warning

JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.

Error

Unable to find install package

Can you help? What am I doing wrong?
