Hi Ciaran -

Just installed the latest J4 Nina (Updated: 15-Oct-2022 Version: 1.1.11) and got the following error:
0 Class "Joomla\Plugin\Behaviour\Taggable\Extension\Taggable" not found

Here's a screenshot of what came up on the Admin side.

Thanks - Mark

Hello

I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

As I said in my post,

I have tried all the solutions from Phil-Taylor and a couple others to no avail.

I have already followed that link and was unsuccessful with any of the solutions provided.

Hello

Does the solution suggested here resolve the issue for you?.. https://www.joomla51.com/forum/your-template-london-for-j4-doesn-t-not-work

Hi Ciaran,

I just got this same issue with the most current J4 Harmony template download.

Getting error: "Joomla\Plugin\Behaviour\Taggable\Extension\Taggable"

On the front end and backend. I have tried all the solutions from Phil-Taylor and a couple others to no avail.

I really feel like this rebuild that you've been doing for this same issue on other sites is probably needed here.

Please help with Harmony ... thank you sir!

I look forward to hearing back.

Thanks again for the update.

I will continue to examine this issue on our end. Clearly, an issue exists with the demo data that needs to be resolved. Glad to hear you have managed to go around the error.

Hi Ciaran -

Answers:

Q. 1. Yes the contents match those folders and files.

Q. 2. I upload the Demo Installer with Filezilla, then extract.

I was able to successfully install the 1.0.8 Demo then update the template to 1.1.11 through the Extension Installer. I'll move forward with that as a solution to my problem.

Thank you,
Mark

Thank you for the update

Strangely we are unable to replicate this issue. A couple of things come to mind...

1. Does the contents of your ../plugins/behaviour/taggable folder match the contents here...https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/tree/4.2-dev/plugins/behaviour/taggable

2. Do you extract your zip first and upload or upload first and then extract? The latter would be favourable

Hi Ciaran -

The error page appeared after a brand new installation of the Nina J4 1.1.11 Demo Installer. I had to delete the installation because I needed to work on a site with the Nina template so installed the previous version. There was no place to click to go beyond the error. It would not display anything beyond the page I posted. I couldn't get to the backend or frontend to do anything with the error page. I will reinstall the Demo Installer to see if it happens again.

UPDATE: I tried to install the demo again but I'm getting a Duplicate Primary Key error from the MySQL DB. I'll have to solve that problem before I can reinstall the Nina template.

Hi Ciaran -

The rebuilt Nina template 1.1.11 did not solve the problem. I'm still getting the same error warning as above.

Steps:
I set my PHP version to 8.1
I created a new subfolder in my domain directory
I created a new database
I uploaded the fresh J4 Nina 1.1.11 using Filezilla
I ran the Joomla 4 installer which ran successfully until I clicked the link button to the admin page. It then threw the error page in my earlier post.

Update: I installed the J4 Nina 1.0.8 Demo Installer and everything worked perfectly. I then updated the installed the J4 Nina 1.1.11 template over the 1.0.8 template and it worked fine and the demo website is running fine now.

Hi Markus

I have just updated the Emani template demo installer to the latest version of Joomla and rebuilt it which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain, re-download your Nina template from your 'Template Downloads'.

Hello Ciaran

I have exactly the same problem with the "Emani" template.

Regards Markus (we have the same name, but we are not the same person)
