Error during Enley demo installation: Call to a member function load() on null

Hello!

Using the Ensley template, I get an error whilst performing the demo installation. See attached image.

Same issue occured in other templates also. Please see attached URL.

Playing around with PHP settings didn't fix the issue. Can you give it a look?
