Can't download my template

Hi,
A few years ago I purchased the single template PianoForte. I know access to updates have long since expired, but when you purchase a single template it says "lifetime download access" of the template you have purchased. I can't see any way of downloading the PianoForte template I purchased (it isn't in My Downloads), so can you please tell me how I can download it?
