Hi, I come from JSN, which has gone out of business.
I need to rebuild my sites to work with PHP 8.0.
Now I have installed Ashley after a lot of trouble (I have dropped Nina).
When I try to edit modules I have created as "Custom This module allows you to create your own Module using a WYSIWYG editor." I get a blank page.

Likewise, I get a blank field when I try to import my logo.
What could this be due to?

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi, I eventually got Nina installed, so that problem is gone.

But I'm still having problems with not being able to edit my old modules when I've switched to PHP 8.0.
I switch over from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0 now that I can work with out the month, to PHP 8.0 at the same time as I create a user for you.

Thank you

I have disabled the template override for the custom module. Do you find that this has resolved the issue?

Hi, last night Norwegian time (about 10 hours ago) I discovered that the page was blank in the front end. When I woke up this morning it was back. I hope this has to do with what you have done on the back end. Now everything seems to be working as it should.
Thank you very much for the good assistance.

Now I've also managed to make the icons clickable, and I've switched from J51_news to J51_Icons to create links to articles on page 1. I've googled how to make articles clickable. Again; thank you very much.

Best regards
Dagfinn

Hi again, Ciaran
Thank you for fixing the module problem at http://www.tursyklistene.no
I have the same problem at http://www.ropsenborg-park.no
The two were originally built over the same frame while I was a customer at JSN. I reckon that's where the problem comes from. Now I'm on my way from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0 in both places.
I have created a user for you on the attached website. I will send you the username and password by email. There is no rush. Take your time.
Sincerely
Dagfinn

HI Dagfinn

Strangely I am unable to replicate this issue. I created a blank custom module on your homepage however it continues to working without any issues. Are you still having this issue?

Hello again
My websites are now updated to PHP 8.0 and all modules seem to work fine. Thanks for the help.
