Can Ashley's header be sticky? I don't see an option but would custom css work?
If not, will an extension work for users to get back to top of site? And if so, can you recommend one?

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....
Admittedly I am not familiar with any of the 'scroll to top' plugins but I am sure any of them should work perfectly fine. So pick one that looks nice to you
