This error is most commonly caused by attempting to install your downloaded template directly into Joomla.

Your purchase includes a number of different files. For ease of download we have zipped these files in to a single package. Before installing you must first unzip this package into its various files and folders.

Once unzipped your download will look something like this...



You can then navigate to the folder depending on what version of Joomla you are using where you will find your template in the format of j51_[TemplateName]xx.zip
