A popular feature with most Joomla51 templates is the Moomenu dropdown. The Moomenu gives your dropdown menu's a smooth and fluid animated effect. Setting up your animated horizontal menu can be done quickly by carefully following a few simple steps.

From the Module Manager select the menu module you wish to configure as your horizontal menu. Within the module parameters firstly we will set the Module Details as follows. The 'Title' can be that of your choice. Most importantly your Show Title is set to Hide and Position is set to hornav.



Next we follow on to the Module Parameters to the right of the screen and set them up as follows. Most importantly setting Show Sub-menu Items to Yes and the Menu Tag ID set to moomenu



At this point you can click Save and your finished. Your sub-menu items should now appear as a dropdown with a smooth animated effect.
